Information Technology at the Department of Mechanical
Engineering designs and documents central IT systems
of the department. It is the interface with the external
services provided by the TUM. The Information Officer
(IO) coordinates the use of IT in the department and
advises the institutes on the development of an efficient IT
infrastructure. Campus-wide IT systems are coordinated
by the CIO/IO board.
